Mineral water producers and plant engineers have to meet very strict regulations — and rightly so. Water we buy in bottles, drink daily, or use to prepare food for young children must meet the highest standards. Heavy metals and pollutants have no place in it. To remove harmful substances like uranium or arsenic from mineral water, we developed GEH®.

Heavy metals pose a significant risk to human health, especially at elevated concentrations in the mineral water we drink daily. Uranium can accumulate in the body and damage organs; like arsenic, it is considered carcinogenic. Legal limits represent only a minimum requirement — hardly the standard for mineral and table water. GEH® removes contaminants such as arsenic, vanadium and uranium to below the detection limit, binding them effectively and removing them permanently from the water cycle.
